FAQs for Creditors

The Creditors Portal is a website where you can obtain information that has been made available for creditors. Logging into the Creditors Portal will provide up-to-date information about the liquidation of which you are a creditor.

Your Creditor Portal login details are sent to you in the initial circular to creditors, soon after the commencement of the administration of the company of which you are a creditor.

If you require new login details the person handling the matter directly, whose contact details were included in the Initial circular to creditors

Circulars to creditors and the Report to Creditors (if one has been prepared) are available on the Creditor Portal – the link to the Creditor Portal is below. You will have to log in to the Creditor Portal using the details sent to you in the initial circular to creditors. Login details will include the job code and a passcode.

You can also register to receive an email if any new reports are made available on the Creditor Portal.

You can obtain a new passcode by contacting the person handling the matter directly whose contact details were included in the Initial circular to creditors.

Proofs of Debt can be submitted or updated on the Creditor Portal – the link to the Creditor Portal is below. You will have to login on the Creditor Portal using the details sent to you. The website address is:

Proofs of Debt can also be emailed to the person handling the matter. The contact person’s name and email address will be in the information provided to you in the Initial circular to creditors.

All information is held securely and is treated as private and confidential. The only information made public is in accordance with Australian Law.

Changes to your email, phone number or address or your postal address can
be submitted on the Creditor Portal – the link to the website is below. You will
have to login on the Creditor Portal using the details sent to you in the initial
circular to creditors.
