A Seamless 3-Step Process

Getting the best outcome for all parties involved.

Appoint your receiver

Once you’ve signed your appointment docs, your reciver will act on behalf to take part in the following:

  • Protect, collect and sell assets
  • Distribute any proceeds stated in the court order as per legislation
  • Responsible for creating and lodging reports to ASIC

Analysis and investigations begin

During this step, we accurately determine assets and outstanding debts. We begin to collect, sell, and then distribute funds.

Finalising the Appointment

We finalise our reporting to ASIC and complete all our duties as receivers/managers. The last step entails resigning and handing full control back to the directors or administrators (if appointed).
