Having commenced his restructuring and insolvency journey in 2006, Marcus, a Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA), brings a wealth of business restructuring experience to his role as Director & Head of Client Strategy at Mackay Goodwin. His expertise encompasses senior managerial roles across Australia and the UK.
What sets Marcus apart is his “service before self” approach & his extensive experience working outside public practice accounting firms. Marcus has previously held senior managerial roles within commercial enterprises & family run businesses specialising in import/exporting, direct sales, construction, and recruitment. Such experience equips Marcus with a genuine ability to “stand in the shoes” of and relate to his clients whilst integrating best-practice turnaround strategies that align with the regulative and legislative landscape.
This unique perspective enables Marcus to quickly understand and build trust with his clients with the view of delivering financial/debt solutions that benefit all stakeholders.
